Asbury Cemetery - Raymond, Illinois - Montgomery County

 

The cemetery was started in the early 1800's, officially organized in 1883, and continues to operate today. There are over 2000 graves in the cemetery.  This is a non-profit cemetery, with lots available for sale.

Burials in the Cemetery  - This link shows a complete listing of all burials in the cemetery with the section, lot, and grave of each burial.  The list also shows birth/death years when available.  To locate the grave at the cemetery, please refer to the Maps of the Cemetery below.

Veterans Graves - this is a listing of all known veterans in the cemetery.

Maps of cemetery  - There are 7 sections in the cemetery.  This link shows an aerial photo, followed by maps of each section.  The detailed maps of each section show the number and location of each lot.

Location:  On Route 127, 2 miles south of the junction of Routes 127 and 48 in Raymond, Illinois, just south of the Nokomis road.
